WALK & TALK
CONSULTATION

A home staging walk and talk consultation gives us the opportunity to visit a property and assess the home in order to provide recommendations for optimizing the space's presentation to appeal to potential buyers.
During the consultation, we will walk through the home with the homeowners and/or real estate agent and offer suggestions and advice, which may include: decluttering, rearranging furniture, making minor repairs and how to enhance the curb appeal.

We will provide the homeowners with our Home Staging sheets that include checklists, tips and a place to take notes to refer back to when preparing the house to list.
​
A typical Walk & Talk consultation typically lasts between 1-2 hours depending on the size of the home.

WALK & TALK
PLUS
$500
The Home Staging Walk & Talk PLUS involves 3 hours of Re-Design services to prep your home for sale.
We will come to your home and after a quick tour we will begin our Re-Design of the primary living spaces (Living Room, Dining Room, Kitchen and Master Bedroom) in order to prepare for your listing photos. These areas will have the most impact on buyers, but we will always try to touch every room in the house during the 3-hour service.

With the Re-Design, we will utilize the existing furniture and decor from the home. We understand that homeowners live in the home and have a reason for the layout and design of each space. However, when you are prepping your home for sale, the goal is to maximize the space and highlight key features.

HOME STAGING

With precision and care, we will furnish and decorate each room, ensuring every detail is in place for maximum impact. Once your home has sold, we will schedule the destage to remove our items.

Our staging contract includes 45 days for rental of the furniture and decor, as well as the destage of all items.

HOME STAGING

Our Occupied Home Staging service is the perfect solution to showcase your home in its best light, maximizing its appeal to potential buyers without the need for a complete overhaul.
